Championing Trauma-Informed Care in the Education System

Members of the coalition attended the 1st Annual Creating Trauma Sensitive Schools Conference in Washington, D.C. from February 18th-20th.

More than 500 educators, administrators, support professionals, and community partners from across the country attended the conference that was provided through the Attachment and Trauma Network.

The information learned from the conference will be used to help tailor school-specific professional development, trainings, and ongoing consultations with willing local districts.
